Basic Salary: £25,000 per year
Commission: £50,000+ per year OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends)
Location: Llanelli

The Role: Lead Generator
You’ll be on the front line — reaching out, startingb conversations, and opening doors.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
• Making outbound calls to potential customers
• Booking appointments or qualifying leads
• Handling objections with confidence
• Learning fast and communicating clearly

What You’ll Get
• £25,000 base salary
• On-target earnings up to £50,000 or more
(uncapped commission)
• Performance bonuses paid daily, weekly,
and monthly
